When I was a kid I loved all things related to Outer Space and I used to make my own home made space ships. My favorite materials were empty egg and milk cartons, empty toilet paper rolls and these awesome plastic tube thingies that I would always find in the bathroom.

The tube thingies were the best part because they look just like the engine thingies on the Starship Enterprise.

I thought my mom hated outer space width a passion because when I’d come home from school or the library ready to make more space ships, I’d discover that she’s taken them apart and thrown the engines in the garbage.

I decided when I was 8 that If I ever got to go to space, I’m wasn’t m taking my mom. She was clearly a space hater.
